9:15 AMAll accepted and presented papers of the International Congress on Environmental Science, Technology and Engineering 2025 will be submitted for publication in open access journal indexed in SCOPUS and/or Web of Science.
All submitted papers to the ICESTE will be peer-reviewed through processes administered by the Congress Editor-in-Chief and Co-Editors. A three-stage review process are applied that includes initial screening, peer-review, and post-review phases. Reviews are conducted by international expert referees to the professional and scientific standards. Consequently, the reviewers’ decide whether the paper accepted, rejected, conditionally accepted with minor revisions, or conditionally accepted with major revisions. The authors will have the opportunity to revise their papers based on the reviewers’ recommendations. Afterwards, the final checking and format analysis of the revised papers will be conducted. Passed submissions will receive the acceptance notification from the ICESTE's Editor-in-Chief.
NOTICE: The final check, as well as checking for plagiarism/similarity, is carried out by the editors of the journal after payment. For this reason, paid Congress fees for those articles excluded due to plagiarism or other violations specified in the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) are not returned to the authors.

Shihezi is a sub-prefecture-level city in Northern Xinjiang, China. It has a population of 380,130 according to the 2010 census. The city is also home to Shihezi University, the second-largest comprehensive university under the Project 211 in Xinjiang.
Shihezi is the headquarter of the 8th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and currently administered by the 8th Division. The city implemented the "division and city integration" (师市合一, shī shì héyī) management system, it shares the same leader group with the 8th Division.
